Metallic is having a moment right now, and in particular rose gold is in the spotlight.  From sneakers to flats to dressy, rose gold is everywhere.  This pinky metallic hue is a great choice for a neutral as it is flattering to wear and will go with most things.  There are also a lot of rose gold accessories in the stores to match with your rose gold shoes, but mixing metallics is also fine.
